Account Issues

You can make changes to your user account and profile by following these steps:

1) When logged in, navigate to your profile page by either a) clicking the "My Profile" button in the upper right corner of any page, or b) from the header menu click the "My Profile" link under "Community."

2) From your profile you can:

- Update your profile photo

- Change your contact email

- Change your password

- Change your personal information

Privacy Settings

Some of your account details can be made private by following these steps:

1) When logged in, navigate to your profile page by either a) clicking the "My Profile" button in the upper right corner of any page, or b) from the header menu click the "My Profile" link under "Community."

2) Click on "Update Profile"

3) Some fields have checkboxes next to them.  Clicking on a checkbox will set that field as private, so that other users can't see that information in your profile.

Fields that can be marked as private are:

- Last Name

- Birthday/Age

- Job Title

- Department

Copyright Infringements

Report Users

To report a user who is posting Offensive Comments, Misrepresentation of a Department, Copyright Infringement or Spam, click the "Report User" link next to the offensive post.

Report Content

To report Offensive Content, Copyright Infringements or Spam in the Training section, click the "Report Content" links.
